Office of Student Affairs
The Office of Student Affairs charge is to deliver and promote high quality student services. Student Affairs contributes to maximization of students personal and professional success, promotes a sense of community, and fosters a student environment conducive to academic success.
Student Affairs provides services to SRPH students in the following areas:
- Student recruitment
- Admission processing
- New student orientation (school-wide)
- Career & Professional development services with other School offices (Office of Special Programs)
- Scholarship & doctoral tuition award processing
- Class and course scheduling
- Thesis & dissertation support
- Catalog and student handbook publication
- Commencement planning and graduation activities
- Honors designation
- Student appeals & academic appeals
- Student Organization recognition in conjunction with Texas A&M University Office of Student Organizations
- Student printing services and SRPH computer lab support
- Student travel
- Textbook ordering (faculty) and posting for students
- Student Counseling Services & Student Disability Services through Texas A&M University Offices of SCS and Disability Services
