Phuong Huynh, PhD
The mission of the Office of Academic Assessment and Instructional Technology is to help the faculty of the Texas A&M School of Public Health make use of assessment tools, instructional technology, web-based solutions, and videoconferencing to enhance teaching and learning for both traditional on-campus courses and distance education. We also provide assessment solutions in order to advance the overall mission and meet the accreditation requirement of the School of Public Health.
Our office is designed for use by the School of Public Health to develop or evaluate the integration of technology in the curriculum. The office also serves as a test platform for new technology applications in computing and education.
Our Office is designed to help, both the novice and the advanced users, with everything from using Microsoft Office to the creation of Blackboard and Adobe Connect virtual classrooms. We also offer assessment tools such as ExamSoft, Qualtrics, and CoursEval System to improve students' learning experience and ensure that the School of Public Health is in compliance with accreditation agencies.
The staff is committed to making your experience a rewarding one. Using the latest in technology you can expect to receive not only technical support, but also web support, library support, course support and student and faculty training support.
